Biography

Jake Bailey (1978-2015) was a celebrity makeup artist. During his career he collaborated with some of the top photographers in the fashion and entertainment industries including David LaChapelle, Annie Leibovitz, Tim Walker, Mark Seliger, Norman Jean Roy and Ellen von Unwerth. He was also a passionate and talented photographer himself. 

His work appeared in publications including Vogue, Vanity Fair, Elle, L'Officiel, Allure, and Harper's Bazaar. Clients included Katy Perry, Selena Gomez, Angelina Jolie, Ashley Benson, Kate Beckinsale, Julianne Hough, Kyra Sedgwick, Nina Dobrev, Evan Rachel Wood, Karlie Kloss and Gwen Stefani, among others.
